When harsh lockdown measures halted complete economic activities everywhere around the world for consecutive 10-12 weeks pushing economies into a recession, Vietnam is the sole exception who recovered soonest while others are still struggling. According to the Business Climate Index (BCI) unveiled by the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) on July 22, European sentiment towards Vietnamese businesses has climbed up to 34% from the lows of 27% in March.
